Job summary

MFS Investment Management is offering a Co-op in Event Management. You’ll support senior planners on all activities from pre‑event planning to post‑event follow‑up, gaining hands‑on experience with US events and select global projects.

The program lasts six months (Jan 13, 2027–Jun 25, 2027), roughly 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. It’s a hybrid role with on‑site event support and remote coordination, and includes structured learning activities.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating meetings and events, primarily in the US.
• Support event production tasks including mailing labels, name tags, mail merge.
• Communicate with attendees and vendors via email/phone/in person.
• Collaborate with AV team on special projects and maintain project files.
• Learn site research, vendor contracts, banquet details, and budget basics.
