Job summary

AGC Biologics in Bothell, WA, seeks a Manager, Digital Marketing & Demand Generation to lead global digital marketing programs, social media, content, webinars, and lead generation to support brand awareness and commercial growth.

The role reports to the Director of Digital and Content, collaborates with Global Marketing and cross-functional leaders, and is a hybrid position based at AGC Biologics' Global Headquarters in Bothell with in-office days and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5-6 years of marketing experience and at least 3 years in digital.
• Experience managing social media programs and digital media activities.
• Experience with agency teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; strong executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness and lead generation across key markets.
• Lead social media strategy and LinkedIn-focused content alignment with priorities.
• Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
• Drive demand generation to generate MQLs and support pipeline growth.
• Oversee marketing analytics and campaign performance across channels.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and marketing operations across platforms.
• Lead global webinar program from planning to follow-up.
• Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and content performance.
