Job summary

Monex is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to build and scale its global demand generation engine from Washington, DC, with hybrid work after 60 days in-person. You will lead a global team and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

The role requires 6+ years in B2B demand generation, strong multi-channel strategy, and expertise with ABM, paid media, events, and marketing automation. Occasional travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation and growth marketing.
• Experience leading global teams and driving pipeline growth.
• Proven success with ABM, paid media, partnerships, events, email, and digital marketing.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, CRO) and intent data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand generation strategy across paid media, ABM, partnerships, events, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, content marketing and marketing automation.
• Define and govern MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and SLAs to drive MQL‑to‑SQL conversion.
• Build an integrated campaign calendar across channels with regional targets and clear governance.
