Job summary

AGC Biologics, Inc. is searching for a Manager of Digital Marketing & Demand Generation to advance global digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.

You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth. Based at AGC Biologics’ Bothell, WA headquarters, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and occasional travel to Europe/Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5–6 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage social media programs and digital media activities.
• Experience managing agency teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe.
• Experience with CRM and CMS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in life sciences or biotech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Lead social media strategy and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, others).
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth for BD teams.
• Oversee marketing performance measurement, analytics, and CRM hygiene.
• Lead global webinar programs, content planning, promotion and follow-up.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
