Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing & Demand Generation to spearhead global digital campaigns, social media, and content marketing. You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Business Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive demand generation and brand growth.

This hybrid role based in Bothell, WA, requires coordinating with global teams, hosting webinars, and measuring campaign performance to optimize ROI and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• 5–6 years in marketing with at least 3 years in digital.
• Experience managing social media programs and digital campaigns.
• Ability to work with agency teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and executive communication.
• Basic design skills in Adobe or Canva.
• Experience with CRM and CMS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Develop global digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Lead social media strategy and LinkedIn-focused campaigns.
• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
• Drive demand generation to support pipeline growth.
• Oversee marketing performance measurement and analytics.
• Maintain marketing operations and data integrity across CRM/CMS.
• Manage lead routing and CRM hygiene.
• Lead the global webinar program from planning to follow-up.
• Support strategy with audience research and competitive insights.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns.
