Job summary

CoVerica, an employee-owned independent insurance agency with 40+ years in Dallas, seeks a Global Construction Associate Account Manager to support Heavy Construction clients.

You will work with Producers and senior managers, handle endorsements and documentation in AMS360, and build knowledge of commercial P&C insurance. Hybrid role with in-office Thursdays and licensing assistance within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts, renewals, and deadlines.
• Willingness to obtain Texas General Lines P&C license within 90 days.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers and senior Account Managers in marketing new and renewal business, determining premiums.
• Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier; communicate with clients and underwriters.
• Submit first reports of claims and coordinate follow-up with carriers.
• Respond to client needs on endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing questions.
• Process non-premium bearing endorsements; organize historical loss runs.
• Produce auto IDs, policies, endorsements, and COIs in AMS360 once licensed.
• Maintain electronic client files and follow E&O guidelines.
• Utilize AMS360 to manage workflow, deadlines, and high-volume workload.
• Collaborate with teams including in-office Thursdays for mentoring and alignment.
