The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license (CIC or equivalent preferred) and offers strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills to deliver high-quality insurance solutions across construction, contractors, and habitational sectors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure error-free service.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Renewal submissions: client research, proposals, and negotiations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and address delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy.
