Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of corporate benefits management experience is required.
• 5+ years managing global/multinational benefits experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate a long-term global strategy for health and welfare benefit programs across regions.
• Advise regional HR partners and senior leadership on benefits philosophy, cost management, risk, and employee impact.
• Manage and coach an international benefits team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Establish and maintain a global benefits governance framework with regulatory filings and data privacy controls.
• Lead due diligence and integration of benefit programs during M&A activity to ensure continuity of coverage.
• Oversee fiduciary risk, reserve analyses, funding strategies, and cost modeling to ensure sustainable programs.
• Lead RFPs, renewal negotiations, and vendor/insurance contract term reviews and negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR, Risk, Payroll, and Communications to deliver integrated benefits programs and clear communication to employees.
• Drive the evolution of benefits technology platforms to improve integrations and self-service capabilities.
