Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading open enrollment independently.
• Deep expertise across various benefit plan types.
• Hands-on experience with health plans and claims data.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Lead open enrollment and manage employee communications.
• Design and optimize comprehensive benefits portfolio.
