Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director, Global Benefits to design and manage our global employee benefits programs. You will refine strategy, ensure cost-effectiveness, and support execution while overseeing vendor relationships for health, retirement, and defined benefit programs globally.

You will report to the VP of Global Benefits and operate on a hybrid schedule from the Phoenix location, with at least three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in benefits management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs and regulations.
• Experience developing and executing benefits strategies.
• Deep understanding of US benefits, including defined benefit pensions.
• Experience with health insurance and global defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
• Strong financial acumen including accounting of global benefit programs and benefits financing.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute the existing global benefits strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day management of employee benefit programs globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage financials, communications and administration.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices.
• Work with external vendors and consultants to support priorities.
• Provide guidance on benefits-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data to evaluate performance and cost-effectiveness of programs.
• Develop and deliver employee education and communications on benefits.
