Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Global Business Services Accounts Payable Supervisor in Westbrook, ME. This hybrid leadership role requires guiding a high-volume AP team, coaching staff, and maintaining performance standards while working onsite at least 8 days per month.

You will drive process improvements, manage workloads, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in finance operations.
• Accounts Payable experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and direct the work of a team.
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
• Customer service experience with strong relationship-building.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the AP team, assign work, and coach performance.
• Administer employment actions and invest in team growth through coaching and development.
• Plan and organize a high-volume workload with staffing and resources alignment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated issues.
• Partner across departments to coordinate work and solve problems.
