Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Credit Specialist to manage accounts receivable, reconcile customer accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements. Training is onsite at the Global Campus in Westbrook, Maine, 8:30am-5pm EST, Monday–Friday.

Upon completion, a hybrid schedule will be provided, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes data integrity, use of multiple systems, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Data-entry accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and databases; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer service.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable and data input into financial accounts and databases.
• Collect overdue receivables and contact customers; negotiate payment arrangements.
• Audit, validate and reconcile data; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to research questions; coordinate with related departments.
