IDEXX is seeking a Credit Specialist in Westbrook, ME to manage accounts receivable, reconcile customer accounts, and drive collections. You will negotiate payment plans, maintain data integrity, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues in a fast-paced finance environment.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry skills, experience with SAP and MS Office, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred; on-the-job training and advancement opportunities are

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Data entry accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable and maintain data in financial systems.
• Contact customers to collect funds and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Review account information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit and reconcile data following established procedures.
• Input and post transactions in designated databases and systems.
• Respond to inquiries, coordinate with departments, and train others as needed.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation.
• Work with moderate supervision on administrative duties.
