Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales in the assigned Florida geography, promoting VOQUEZNA and related therapies to GI specialists and select PCPs. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work with SAS and cross‑functional teams to execute territory plans and meet quotas.

You will continually expand product knowledge, manage pull‑through opportunities, and navigate market dynamics in a fast‑paced environment while traveling as needed to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more of successful medical sales experience or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success and product launches.
• Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships with office staff and customers.
• Experience with live and virtual engagements; fast paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain advanced product and disease knowledge for HCP engagement.
• Understand territory dynamics and market access opportunities.
• Develop territory business plans with Regional Sales Manager and SAS.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and sales ops to execute plans.
• Complete CRM and expense reporting duties.
