Job summary

CNA is seeking a Commercial General Liability Claims Representative in a hybrid role requiring two days in-office per week. The role manages low to moderate complexity claims, ensures coverage verification, and advances reserves under company guidelines.

You will communicate with insureds and claimants, gather information, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive timely resolutions. Prior claims or insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
• Prior claim handling or insurance/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims following company protocols.
• Interacts professionally with insureds, claimants and partners; provides timely updates.
• Verifies coverage and establishes reserves; estimates claim valuation.
• Investigates to determine liability and compensability; takes statements and works with experts.
