You will perform reconciliations, prepare workpapers, and maintain carried interest and management-fee schedules, while supporting year-end audits and client interactions. This position is hybrid in Massachusetts.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

Aufgaben

• Perform bank reconciliations and post journal entries.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain workpapers including capital activity and income/expense accruals.
• Update distribution waterfall models (carried interest).
• Calculate management fees and supporting schedules.
• Analyze transaction documents for investment structures and accruals.
• Support year-end audit with internal teams and external auditors.
• Build relationships with clients, legal counsel, auditors, and tax advisors.
