Job summary

Midstream Oil & Gas is seeking a Midstream Oil & Gas Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to onboarding, in a temp-to-hire role. You will work independently, building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding technical roles across energy operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Independently manage recruiting from intake through sourcing, interviewing, offer and hire.
• Experience recruiting within oil & gas, energy, midstream, pipeline, industrial, or related industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Recruit for professional, technical, operational, and/or corporate positions.
• Understand behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience using an ATS and online sourcing tools; proficient with LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
• Recruit for midstream oil & gas operations across corporate, technical, engineering, operations, field, finance, and support.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized energy roles.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and ATS.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate experience and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Handle multiple requisitions with urgency and attention to detail.
• Facilitate offers, including compensation discussions and acceptance.
• Assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide market intelligence on candidate availability and compensation trends.
