Blue United Sourcing LLC in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day transactions, two-company books, and closings. You will handle A/P, A/R, to monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, with multi-state sales tax work and intercompany entries.

The role requires 4+ years' experience and QuickBooks Online expertise. Onsite for 2–3 weeks of training, then hybrid with 2+ days in the office and regular all-staff meetings.

Formación

• 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience with stable tenure.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience and ready for a skills assessment.
• General ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close knowledge.
• GAAP proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting for two companies in QuickBooks Online.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and tax compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts; process A/P and A/R timely.
• Bill clients, track shipments, intercompany transactions, and localization filings.
• Prepare backup reports in QuickBooks Online twice a month.
