Qualifications

• Keeps multiple clients financially on track with full-cycle bookkeeping—from GL maintenance to month-end close and bank reconciliations.
• Oversees AR/AP and payroll processes, guiding and reviewing rather than processing invoices or running payroll.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in QuickBooks, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports), and Power BI or similar data tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication; explains financial data in non-accountant terms.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed; on-site presence when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients or a company.
