T. Rowe Price in Baltimore seeks a Software Engineer for the Multi-Asset Front Office Technology team to build cloud-native, full-stack applications supporting the Investment Division.

In this hands-on role you will design, develop, deploy and enhance software, collaborating with portfolio managers, quants, traders and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a field with meaningful mathematical and computing content (e.g., CS, Math, Engineering, Physics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks and development tools such as Pandas, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with modern cloud technologies, including containerization and serverless architectures.
• A quality-focused approach to software development, including testing practices (TDD/BDD/Cucumber/Cypress).
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
