The role focuses on empowering the Cash Management Technology team to provide real-time data, strengthen integrations, and advance AI-assisted development practices while collaborating with business stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5+ years of software engineering.
• Strong .NET and modern JS frameworks (Angular/React/Node).
• Relational databases: SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Design and develop practical APIs and abstractions.
• Cloud-native, containerized microservices in AWS preferred.
• CI/CD, automated testing, Linux scripting, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery through all SDLC phases from design to deployment.
• Build scalable software with modern engineering practices and code reviews.
• Drive engineering best practices and manage technical debt.
• Solve complex business/tech problems with sound judgment.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
