Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner for a portfolio of franchise organizations, driving operational excellence and brand compliance.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, annual planning, and action planning to align priorities and drive accountability.
• Influence franchise owners, operating partners, and ARLs to strengthen execution and business results.
• Build franchise capability through consulting, training, mentoring, and sharing of best practices.
• Drive brand standards, guest experience, and key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives, openings, digital capabilities, and system-wide programs.
• Leverage insights and performance data to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and accelerate growth.
• Maintain up to 75% travel to support franchise organizations through in-restaurant engagement.
