Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, engineering, real estate, finance or related field required. Masters or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and structure mindset.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant/retail industry, franchise or license (non-trad).

Responsibilities

• Own the non-traditional growth strategy and identify venues, channels and partners for growth.
• Source, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with concessionaires and contract foodservice operators.
• Build partnerships and licensing models to enable multi-unit growth across portfolios.
• Manage all phases of non-trad development including opportunity identification, bids, permitting, construction and turnover.
• Develop financial models for investment and strategic analysis, ensuring profitable growth and alignment with brand standards.
• Travel 30–50% depending on pipeline priorities.
