Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for the Conveyance Solutions Division. This hybrid role partners with site, segment, and global finance teams to improve performance, provide actionable insights, and drive growth.

You will own consolidations, reporting, and global FP&A activities across North America, Europe, and Asia, while collaborating with leaders to simplify processes and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 8+ years in manufacturing finance.
• CPA preferred; strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills; SAP and OneStream experience.
• Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and forecasting across site, segment, and division finance teams.
• Consolidate and analyze division results, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Oversee budgeting and performance management; drive division-level financial planning.
• Develop clear monthly reporting packages, business reviews, and senior leadership materials.
• Standardize FP&A tools, templates, and deliverables across the division.
