Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A within the Conveyance Solutions Division. You will partner with site, segment, and division finance teams to shape financial strategy, improve performance, and provide insights that drive better decisions across North America, Europe, and Asia.

In this hybrid role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes, develop division-level financial plans, and standardize FP&A deliverables to support leadership and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• CPA preferred; strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Manufacturing finance experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft and PowerBI skills; experience with SAP and OneStream preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, segment, and division finance teams to support monthly operating reviews, annual plans, and long-range strategic plans.
• Prepare division-level strategic financials, forecasts, and related schedules that help leadership understand performance and plan for growth.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and timelines to create a more efficient, consistent, and scalable planning rhythm.
