Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to partner with senior finance leaders in supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. The role emphasizes financial analysis, business insight, and strategic recommendations across a global manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• 10-15 years progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience a plus
• Advanced experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream; strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Corporate FP&A in responsibilities and back them up as needed
• Lead a finance team and provide FP&A guidance across the enterprise
• Conduct complex financial analyses in areas like growth, operations, capital, and profitability
• Examine and interpret financial data to identify trends and gaps
• Assist in quarterly earnings prep and Board materials; attend reviews
• Participate in 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support management decisions
• Drive improvements in managerial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with OneStream
• Coach FP&A associates and mentor junior staff
• Build partnerships with Corporate finance and Segment FP&A leaders
• Lead OneStream and BI implementations to standardize processes
