Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Senior Director of Finance in Milwaukee, WI, to lead finance for the division. This strategic partner will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, collaborating with executive leadership to shape growth and profitability.

The role oversees a global finance team, ensures US GAAP/IFRS compliance, and champions 80/20 and continuous improvement while guiding pricing, footprint optimization, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA and CPA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including global P&L leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the President and divisional leadership with insights on financial impact of decisions.
• Provide leadership to the divisional finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
• Lead FP&A reporting and updates to executive leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Lead Strategic Planning with cross-functional teams; develop long-term projections for executive review.
• Own the annual budgeting process with divisional leadership and plant controllers.
• Direct the monthly forecasting process and the monthly close with executive reporting.
• Lead KPI design/monitoring to drive the budget/forecast attainment.
• Champion continuous improvement and 80/20 initiatives across finance and operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, US GAAP, IFRS.
• Manage internal and external audits and drive remediation of findings.
• Collaborate on divisional initiatives including market share growth, pricing strategy, and footprint optimization.
