Job summary

Conair is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with Finance teams across the organization. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to improve financial visibility.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Divisional Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and hands‑on with data, processes, and technology to enhance reporting and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years corporate FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and finance models.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast and identify key drivers and variances.
• Partner with Divisional Finance to understand monthly performance and risks.
• Support KPI tracking and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare financial materials for operating reviews and Board meetings.
• Assist with enhancements to financial models and reporting tooling.
