ConnectWise is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide reporting solutions and analysis to senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to illuminate financial and strategic planning. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 5+ years of experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
• Strong accounting, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to present insights on performance and planning.
• Develop, refine, and implement tools, reports, and procedures for planning and forecasting.
• Monitor report results and advise leadership on actions based on KPIs and risks.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators and financial impacts of initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to provide regular reporting and financial insights.
• Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Improve internal reporting platform and ensure data integrity and resource optimization.
• Explain budget issues to management and propagate approved budgets across the organization.
