Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking an FP&A Manager to deliver reporting solutions and strategic insights for senior leadership. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and drive improvements to efficiency and data integrity across financial processes.

The role requires strong Excel and modeling skills, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to coach others while managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides reporting solutions and analysis to senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
• Works with cross-functional teams to present insights on business performance and financial/ strategic planning.
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Monitors and interprets report results to identify opportunities, risks, and actions for leadership.
• Maintains data integrity and improves tools, reports, and procedures for planning accuracy.
