Job summary

ConstructConnect, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Accounting and Finance division at our Cincinnati, OH headquarters. The role focuses on forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision support to fuel growth and optimize resource allocation.

You will develop dashboards in PowerBI, build financial models for strategic initiatives, and drive process improvements across finance and related functions. The position emphasizes learning in BI tools, SQL, Python, and related analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance/accounting, or data analytics.
• Advanced analytics and financial forecasting/modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of subscription revenue model (preferred).
• Understanding of PowerQuery and PowerBI (preferred).
• Understanding of SQL, Python and/or other programming languages (preferred).
• History of implementing process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with ambiguity.
• Strong desire to learn & continuously develop skillsets.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of quarterly forecasting deliverables.
• Improve financial forecasting & reporting processes/capabilities through use of advanced tools (PowerQuery, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Build financial reporting dashboards through PowerBI to drive visibility into key metrics.
• Build financial models in support of critical business initiatives (ex. New product models, headcount, etc.).
• Analysis of subscription revenue metrics to help drive decisions across the business.
• Work on cross-functional projects with Sales, Product Development, IT, etc.
• Lead process improvement opportunities across finance & other functions.
