Job summary

Conair LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with Finance teams across the organization, supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. This role ensures accurate, timely financial reporting to help leaders understand performance and drive decisions.

The role collaborates with Divisional Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams, leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning and other systems to improve visibility and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of corporate finance experience, preferably within FP&A or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets, financial models, and complex reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and drivers.
• Partner with Divisional Finance teams to understand monthly performance.
• Support KPI tracking and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare financial materials for monthly operating reviews and board meetings.
