Conexus is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the planning and analysis function at the corporate level, reporting to the CFO. This role guides budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting with high visibility to the executive team.

You will build a scalable KPI framework, leverage AI and automation to speed reporting, mentor the FP&A team, and partner with accounting to align forecasts with month-end close. This is a strategic, high-impact role driving planning excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Progressive FP&A experience at corporate level.
• Experience leading annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Healthcare experience required.
• MBA and/or CFA highly desired.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel; experience with AI tools, BI platforms, or planning software a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial insights to executive leadership.

Aufgaben

• Direct the company-wide annual budget process, partnering with department leaders to set targets that support strategic priorities.
• Run rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans, updating assumptions as business conditions change.
• Design, build, and maintain a KPI framework that measures financial and operational performance across the organization.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve KPI tracking, speed up reporting cycles, and reduce manual work in the planning process.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and the board, with clear commentary on performance drivers.
• Perform budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis, explaining the causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Build financial models to evaluate new initiatives, capital investments, pricing decisions, and strategic opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, turning financial data into practical recommendations.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to make planning more accurate, scalable, and efficient.
• Work closely with accounting to keep forecasting assumptions consistent with actual results and month-end close timing.
• Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses to help leadership understand risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, setting clear expectations and building a culture focused on insight and accountability.
