Aperture LLC is seeking a Graduate Architect to support forensic investigations and project management under the Building Envelope Director. Responsibilities include conducting condition assessments, managing project schedules, and drafting reports while interfacing with clients and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable certifications in architecture or engineering is preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience in building envelope testing or investigations.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and reliable with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules, scopes, and fees to ensure successful projects.
• Assist with design solutions and managing client expectations.
• Attend site meetings and address construction administration tasks.
• Perform condition assessments for compliance with building codes.
• Draft and coordinate detailed reports with recommendations.
