ARAMARK in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Fixed Assets Supervisor to lead a team of four Staff Accountants, guiding day-to-day activities and ensuring accuracy of fixed asset accounting and related general ledger accounts.

You will oversee month-end close, capital projects, and compliance with GAAP and SOX, while coaching staff and coordinating cross-functional work in a hybrid office in Nashville. The role emphasizes strong technical accounting, leadership, and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years in accounting/finance experience.
• External candidates should have supervisory experience.
• Fixed assets experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise 4 Staff Accountants with workload management and coaching.
• Coordinate and review fixed asset accounting staff work and priorities.
• Oversee month-end fixed asset close and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure proper accounting for buyback and CI-P expenditures per GAAP.
• Supervise month-end close to meet reporting deadlines and SOX guidelines.
• Analyze balance sheet fixed asset accounts and provide commentary.
• Assist design and control of accounting templates and systems.
• Identify improvements to existing processes and drive efficiency.
• Coordinate special projects and ad hoc accounting research.
• Respond to field operations requests and participate in ad hoc projects.
