Job summary

Aramark in Nashville is seeking a Cash Applications Team Lead to guide day-to-day operations in a hybrid role, three days in the office. You will coordinate workloads, monitor KPIs, train teammates, and resolve complex payment issues in partnership with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

The role emphasizes process improvement, SOX controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate customer payments and strong internal controls across US cash applications.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in Cash Applications or related AR operations.
• At least 1 year of team leadership, training, or workflow coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Applications processes, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience resolving complex payment/remittance issues; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Cash Applications activities and distribute work by volume and deadlines.
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to team members.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing process/system training.
• Monitor performance, quality, and productivity; report trends to AR Supervisor.
• Maintain process documentation and job aids; ensure SOX/compliance adherence.
