Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions across a multi-location distribution platform. You will focus on general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and lease accounting while driving GAAP-compliant reporting.

You will own balance sheet areas, analyze variances, and collaborate with Operations and FP&A in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with office in Franklin, TN; 45+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with: Fixed asset accounting; Lease accounting (ASC 842).
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to own processes and work independently, while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Close: Prepare and review monthly journal entries and month-end close processes.
• Account Reconciliations & Balance Sheet Ownership: Own balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Accounting: Maintain fixed asset subledger and depreciation.
• Lease Accounting: Maintain lease schedules and amortization.
• Audit & Compliance: Prepare audit-ready work papers and support GAAP compliance.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Identify efficiency and data-integrity opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and FP&A teams.
• Financial Analysis & Ad Hoc Support: Investigate variances and support special projects.
