Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Accounting Manager to oversee asset accounting for a services company. The role focuses on accurate asset records, compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and strategic insights on capital investments and depreciation.

The position is hybrid with in-office work required 2 days per week, offering a base salary of 110K-120K plus a 10% bonus and unlimited PTO. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and GAAP expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fixed asset accounting or general accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fixed asset accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition through disposal.
• Ensure accurate recording of asset transactions in GAAP-compliant manner.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger and reconcile with general ledger.
