Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to engage clients via inbound calls, answer questions about stock portfolios, and educate customers on products. The role includes preparing for and obtaining Series 7 & 63 licenses, with training provided by Morgan Stanley.

You will work in a hybrid environment and contribute to sales growth while upholding the Code of Conduct. Typical duties include handling account-related requests, following up on items, and continuing education

Qualifications

• SIE Exam passed and licensed considerations stated.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days a week in office.
• At least 2 years in a call center or financial institution.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
