Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an engaged Financial Services Representative to assist clients by handling inbound inquiries and account-related requests. The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products.

In this role you will receive training funded by Morgan Stanley to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses. A hybrid work schedule is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office) is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley's competitive advantages and suggest additional products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying opportunities.
