Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated Financial Services Representative to engage clients via incoming calls and assist with portfolio inquiries. The role includes training to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses, with a hybrid work environment and a base salary plus comprehensive benefits.

You will develop financial product knowledge, deliver excellent service, and identify opportunities to support clients’ investment goals while maintaining integrity and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantages and cross-sell products.
• Drive sales by engaging clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Handle account-related requests, money movement, and trade requests in a timely manner.
