Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to engage clients via inbound calls, resolve portfolio inquiries, and provide exceptional service. The role includes training to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses, with a hybrid work arrangement supporting in-office collaboration and continuous development.

Ideal candidates have a customer-facing background, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• SIE Exam passed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years working in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and solutions.
• Educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s products and competitive advantages.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently.
• Learn about investments and markets to address client investment needs.
• Assist in keeping clients and reducing risk where needed.
• Maintain integrity and comply with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues.
