Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated Financial Services Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries about stock portfolios and to educate clients on Morgan Stanley’s solutions. The company will sponsor training to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses, supporting your growth in a hybrid environment.

You will field inquiries, assist with account-related requests, and participate in ongoing education to better serve clients while meeting sales goals and maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hybrid schedule—3 days a week in office.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and potential products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently.
• Learn about investments and the financial markets to address client needs.
• Support mitigation of risk and maintain high integrity with Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with other groups to resolve customer issues.
