Qualifications

• Must have passed the SIE exam.
• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week).
• Experience in call center or financial institution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and offering best solutions.
