Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an unlicensed Financial Services Representative to engage clients via inbound calls, resolving questions about stock portfolios and account activity. The role includes training paid by Morgan Stanley to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses.

You will field inquiries, educate clients on services, and demonstrate sales initiative while maintaining high integrity and alignment with the firm’s Code of Conduct. A hybrid schedule is supported.

Qualifications

• Passed the Securities Industry Essentials exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and suggest additional products.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Learn about investments and financial markets to address client needs.
• Help identify opportunities to keep clients and minimize risk.
