Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Services Representative to engage customers over the phone, address account questions, and guide them through basic investment inquiries.

Training for Series 7 & 63 licenses will be provided by the company, showing a clear path to professional development. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must be flexible to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a call center or financial institution.
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration and a track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution for them.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and identify additional products they would benefit from.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and financial markets to address client investment needs.
