Raytheon Missiles & Defense in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Hybrid Financial Analyst to support ESSM program efforts, including EAC coordination, cost/schedule management, and annual proposals. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business and at least two years of relevant experience.

Candidates should have experience with MS Office, SAP BW or similar ERP, and the ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Master’s equals 2 years.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• EAC coordination, preparation, review and submission.
• Manage cost/schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Support annual proposals (Gate 4) and contract baselines (Gate 5).
• Assist in Long Range Plan (LRP).
• EVMS implementation, variance analysis, data review and reporting.
• Interact with program managers and functional leaders.
