Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P3) in Tucson to support EVMS processes, EAC/LRE inputs, and cost/schedule reporting. The role partners with engineering teams and program leads to drive predictable outcomes and adhere to security requirements.

The candidate will perform detailed EV/financial analyses, prepare forecasts, and ensure alignment with program budgets and commitments, using SAP, APEX, and PMX tools.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active and transferable U.S. government secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) quarterly/monthly.
• Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans.
