Job summary

Raytheon Missiles & Defense in Tucson, AZ is seeking a hybrid early professional Financial Analyst to support ESSM program efforts. The role focuses on financial estimation, cost/profit tracking, and contract baselines, with exposure to international partners.

You will coordinate EACs, manage cost/schedule progress, and assist in annual proposals, while collaborating with program managers and engineering teams in a fast-paced, defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; Master’s equals 2 years.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance (U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• EAC coordination, preparation, review and submission.
• Management of cost/schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Support annual proposals and contract baselines.
• Aid in Long Range Plan development.
• EVMS implementation, variance analysis, data review and reporting.
• Frequent interaction with program managers and leaders.
