Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a hybrid Financial Analyst for the ESSM program in the Tucson area. You will support EAC coordination, cost/schedule management, and baseline proposals with SAP BW and advanced Excel tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related field and 2 years of relevant experience; security clearance ability is required. You will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, contracts and operations to drive informed program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Master’s equals 2 years.

Responsibilities

• EAC coordination, preparation, review and submission.
• Management of cost / schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Support annual proposals (Gate 4) and contract baselines (Gate 5).
• Aid in development of Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Internal EVMS implementation, variance analysis, data review and reporting.
• Frequent interaction with program managers and functional leaders.
